HOB-E-TAC - All purpose, high tack nonflammable adhesive. Perfect for making trees and attaching clump foliage. Water soluable. Hob-E-Tac will become tacky after setting for approximately 15 minutes. Bottle & Brush. **Item will freeze. We will not ship during cold winter months to destinations experiencing below freezing temperatures.
